I haven't seen any data on anything quite this heavy from 32 mag or 327 fed, but I imagine it will do nicely... especially with the large pin hollow point. Just checked my Lee manual too and nothing over 100 there either. Sorry I don't load for either of those so can't give any war stories of success or failure for them

I've got a number of loads I've worked up for a 140 grain and 148 grain bullet in 327 federal. You won't find anything published, but the sledgehammer has been around since I think 2011. There are lots of loads people have tried with it. I've seen some outright crazy numbers with H110. I've ran my 148 grain with up to 11 grains H110. 7.4 grains of Blue dot is my personal choice, gives 1220 fps from my 5" GP100, and was the load I used to shoot a deer this year.

My old Lee powder measure didn't meter Blue Dot consistently, so I stopped using that powder. Now that I have a Harrell's Precision Schuetzen / Pistol Measure, I am hoping that my days of inconsistent Blue Dot charges are over. I used to love Blue Dot in my .357 Maximum and .44 Magnum.

My .32-20 is a custom MGM 10" bull no-taper barrel for my T/C G2 Contender and likes stiffer charges, usually around some of the lighter .357 Magnum loads.

When I get this mold it will be the heaviest bullet I will have ever shot in that barrel.

I've been shooting cast 123 gr hollow points over a stiff charge of W-231 using small rifle primers. Hollow Point Molds modified the mold for me with a deep, hollow point inset-bar. The NEI #77 six-cavity mold originally cast a gas checked 145 gr flat nose bullet designed for heavier .32 cal rifles. As modified, it casts a 123 gr deep hollow point bullet that fragments easily when cast of pure lead. I also had Hollow Point Mold remove the gas check from three of the cavities giving me the option of casting either gas checked or plain based bullets.

Cast of linotype or WW alloy, the bullets tend to either shear the hollow point section off, or mushroom beautifully. Using 20-1 alloy tends to produce nice mushroomed bullets when recovered from wet Treasure Valley phone books. Haven't been able to recover a bullet other than fragments from a critter, yet.

Casting the bullets with pure lead makes a soft, explosive bullet great for walking my parent's farm in southern Idaho shooting rock chucks. I don't want a bullet bouncing off the rocks sailing into my parent's neighbor's place. Where I shoot rock chucks in eastern Washington (i.e. - the dry side), I have no such worries.

Here is an example of what my mold looks like:

Due to the price of primers, warning shots will no longer be given!

Sir...I was mistaken. This cherry started out as .314 and can be GC. I will confirm. He has to buy a new cherry everytime you ask for a GC NLG Boolit anyway...LOL

Well, in that case you can put me down for what I said in post #67

That would make a total of 3 moulds I'm signed up for for this buy.

Thank you for your help and clarification on this.
