    45 in my 50? Paper patched

    Hi folks. Restoring an old 50 call I had since I was a kid. Anyone know if I can shoit some 45 call colt or acp bullets through the 50 if I paperpatch?

    That would be somewhere in the neighborhood of .050-.060 worth of space you'd have to take up, I suspect a sabot would be a better fit for what you're looking at.

    You could do some 50 bullets and size them down. Idahoron does it with real good results. Look over the sticky above for paper patching bullets.
