303 Caliber and Other Odd Diameter Rifle Bullets

PayPal F&F (preferred) or USPS Money Orders only for payment. Shipping not included in the listed prices, SFRB +$7, MFRB +$14

    1) 180 Grain Remington SPCL 303 caliber, mic out at .3107". Were purchased in their original bulk box. I have 6 bags of 235 each, two will fit in a SFRB. $60 per bag plus shipping, take all 1,410 for $320 plus shipping.

Remington appears to make a comparable bullet in .311" on special runs.

    2) 195 Grain Unknown Mfg CuNi jacket round nose with a flat point of about 1/8", mic out at .318". I have 39, $10 plus shipping.

    3) 198 Grain Unknown Mfg Cu jacket spire point, mic out at .316". They look like a swage up to me, and have U in a crest of some type on the bottom of the bullet. I have 35, $10 plus shipping.

I have several other ads with bullets, mixing to fill a box and save on shipping is OK with me.

At risk of being reprimanded, the last bullets appear to be an RWS cutting edge SP.

    Bump to the top.

I do not believe the last bullets are RWS or any other premium bullet, at least not in their present form. They look like swage ups. All I can think of is if The Union Cartridge company used to stamp a U on the bottom of their bullet jackets. How old would those be?

Will the 1st group, the .303 caliber fit in a .303 British?

According to all of the reloading data I just looked at (Speer, Hornady, Lee, powder companies with 303 British data), they show from .310" to .313". It should fit, but what diameter your bore is would determine the best fit.

Those Remington.310s make a good thumper load for the 7.62x39. Did it back when Midway was young. And sized to .309" they were great in my Krag. Nostalgia bump
