Lee Pro 4-20 Replacement Mould Guide/Adapter

Had several Lee Pro 4-20 casting pot users ask me to build a replacement mould guide/adapter for the Lee pot. Worked on it with NOE building and testing it out. They just finished the new mould guide adapters and have them in stock at the web shop. I made a short video where I show how to install them and chat a little about the design.

Looks like it works better than the one for the Lyman/Rcbs. The Lyman one is in the box of things that don't work.

What doesn't work about the lyman one? I use it all the time with my mag25 pot. My friends do also.

Lead fills the screw holes makes a bump and when it drips in the slot in the middle sticks. I would imagine thats why the screws are on the bottom now and there is a slot cut out on top.

Yup, you are correct. I didn't have the problem of lead filling up the screw holes, but someone on artfulbullet.com did and recommended they be moved to the front or back so we made both options available.

Yes, thanks for your input. Hard to fix problems if you don't know they exist. Took your suggestion for moving the set screws and made it an option to use them in the front or rear.

That would be me.....after I relocated the set screws on mine.

I got mine installed and have had two casting sessions with it. Way better than the thing that comes on the pot. Works great and lets me let the guide take some of the weight on the 45-70 bullet 4-5 cavity moulds so my elbow doesn't **** out on me.

It is compatible with the RCBS Pro-Melt (not tested on the Pro-Melt II yet) and Lyman Mag25 pot. Just buy the Gen 2 Mould guide, and not the Lee adapter.
