Excellent! Thank you Dutch and Hans for working this out in true gentleman like fashion.

This would be a great investment for those who are not able to put up a life time supply of stuff. You may never need it but what if you do?

I'd be interested in a second volume, didn't realize there was one. I bought a copy some time back from Dutchman, and re-read it every great once in awhile. Honestly I think it's great that he spent the time and effort to digital-ize(sp?) it, and save it for historical sake.

Yes I can be long winded. Yes I follow rabbit trails. Yes I admit when I am wrong. Your mileage may vary.

I realize I'm pretty late to the party, but the whole thing is available on PDF as of November 2020. If you Google "Primers for Small Arms Cartridges Formulas - Suggestions - Theory for Handloaders and Experimenters by M.J. Albert & H.F. Oelberg" it's the first hit. I downloaded it on my phone and printed it for my reference binder.

I live a few hours away from Ft. Sill, OK. Do you have any more information on the library? Maybe I could check it out and scan it in.
