Just looking for diameter and length.

It would be less disrespectful to burn the flag than to put a thin blue line through the middle of it.

Here is one approach I took a while ago. I bought a lee .225 bator 6 cavity mold which turns out a 55 grain boolit. Then later I converted it to an 11 cavity with my drill press, a .25 drill and counter sink. The mold is less than $40.

The boolit is .52" @ 55gr before put into the core forming die. Just resizing and bleeding off a little lead gives you a .247 dia (or what diameter your die produces, for .30 cal slugs) 50 grain slug @ .50" more or less.
