Found these two 38/55 loads listed here by some of the fellows and they both group excellent out of my Winchester;
Lee 379-250 9gr Unique
Lee 379-250 !6 gr/2400 I use dacron as a filler with this load.
Safe in my rifle, use at your own discretion.
