    Fn p90

    Boolit 311-93-1R
PC'd various colors and passed the smash test down to penny thickness
shoots great, deadly accurate BUT the PC is building up on the chamber side of the muzzle break.
The barrel looks pristine, for some reason the muzzle break is shaving off PC.

The P90 so fun that it gets expensive in a hurry buying J-words for. Would it hurt the overall function to enlarge the muzzle break a few thou?

I am a bit confused, maybe due to lack of coffee, but my PS90 shoots a 45gr. 5.7 or 223 bullet, a 93 gr 30 cal would not go down the barrel. Are we discussing the same weapon?

Enlarging the brake chamber is unlikely to help, it's not shaving PC, it's fouling the same way a brake fouls from lead.

What powder are you burning? Some pistol powders have been proven to soften/disolve pc in a short time. Possibly seeing residue from disolved pc?

EGW makes a specific reamer to ream the comp or brake after it’s attached. I use one on my 9mm race guns.

Try HiTek. PC is thermoplastic, any hot PC dust will collect at the crown. It leaves the crown at ~40deg and collects/cools on any metal out there.
    Whatever!
