Find a washer that just fits over the bottom punch. If one gets stuck, use it to lift the case up off the punch. Keep the punch oiled with swage lube. See my video, it deals with cases that get stuck on the punch.
I would be interested to know your finished diameter of your derimmed brass and the punch size for derimming. I find if I anneal first my derim punch must be far smaller than if unannealed. Also, is the rim all ironed out or do you still have a ring around the bottom? I am happy with my set up and have tried many different methods, punch sizes, annealing temps etc and have always come back to derim first with a .199" punch for most brands and a .197 for a couple of others. I am using a D Corbin setup.
