    Don't know, but it's a nice looking sight. Good find! Any chance it's a Pedersoli?

    Thanks for the lead. Just checked and I don't think it is a Pedersoli since the elevation screw is at the bottom instead of being at the top.

    I'm thinking with the 3 line Vernier and some of the surfaces is a homemade sight by a tool maker or machinist. A lot of things went out of tool rooms under the guise of "government work". This may be a one off done in a shop somewhere
