So place the order for the 6 Cavity but I will get the 4 cavity correct?

Im sorry if I confused you. Put the mold in the cart that you want. Whether its the 6 or the 4.

If it’s not too late I’d like in on this.

westbakke at gmail dot com - HP -.311 - 3 Cavity PB - All Pins - NLG - Zip 78209

I’d also like the handles, unless Lee handles work with your molds.

Thanks Honcho, paid for mine. I will PM Miha as I already have an account and wasn't sure if I had to use that password provided by Miha. Coupon code does work for the group buy discount.

Taking the lady to her medical appointment and received a call from the DHL guy. He came to the clinic and I got the package. Opened it up in the clinic. Hahaha. Will post back when I get home with more pics.

I know it’s sad, but at the time I entered the group buy I was active duty with unlimited access to a USPSA club range. Between then an now I got out to pursue college and now I live in apartment in Houston. Maybe over Christmas break I’ll borrow a garage and set up my pot just to scratch the itch but I don’t have them time or means for real load development. So if you fellas post you experience of what does and doesn’t work with this one I’d love to read.

    Anyone seeing any loading problems?

Received my 6 cav solids mold last weekend, and spent a little time casting this weekend... Just for kicks and grins I stuffed a couple into 300 BlackOut cases and ran them into my AR to test feeding... I'm concerned about the marks I see on the bullets... I know, they're only a couple of hours old, and I do tend to cast soft... I'll let them age and try again, but here's what I saw on the fresh boolits...

As the photo shows, I bought a Plain Base model with no lube grooves and no hollow point. I plan to Powder Coat, and am happy to not have all the extra cuts. Casting was a breeze!! Open the mold, give a little shake and they all fall out. The upper boolit is as-cast, and the lower boolit is after seating in a case with a Hornady bullet seating die and running it into my AR one time. I seated to the seating mark, and got a COL of 2.220"... Slight crimp to straighten the bell on the case as a separate step.

    Attachment 253404

The gouge in the center of the bottom boolit is from pulling it out of the case, so ignore that. The circular line around the tip is from the Hornady seating die. I may need to take the edge off of that... What bothers me most is the deformation at the tip, which I believe was caused by impact with the feed ramp. There appears to be another indentation on the seating mark, oriented at the top of the seating ring in the photo... Not sure what that is from...

So here's my question to all of you: has anyone else seen any marks from feed ramp impacts?? Anyone shot any of these yet??? Is there another thread to discuss loading issues people are encountering with this boolit???

    Tks for your input!!!
