    Never mind about this one.
I just noticed it has no screen on it.
I'm guessing you need to download to see the pictures.
    Not what I'm looking for.
What I am looking for is a really small digital camera.
Something the size of a flip phone, or smaller.

I take it you're talking for general photos and things like that. The "point and shoot" cameras are nothing new, and are more or less replaced by the smart phone. Because of that, I'm sure there's tons of used ones on eBay, thrift shop shelves, etc. that you could get for next to nothing.

    I know nothing about them.
I do have an old digital camera.
I think it's over 10 years old. But it still works and does what I need.
It's the size of a wallet, so kind of big to carry around.
I'm looking for something small. Maybe the size of a flip phone.
I've been looking for a flip phone with a camera, but can't find anything here.
I'd rather have a mini camera.

Look for something called a Flip Camera. They were (are?) small and light video cameras used for observing teachers in classrooms, student video projects and the like.

Get a used smart phone, Samsung is a great brand and has a very good camera. You don't need a data plan to use the camera.
Look at various models, some, like the Note 2 and the new Note 8 have a removable micro SD card to store the pictures on. If not you can hook it up to a computer with a power cord and download them.

Actually don't get a Sprint cell unless it comes with a SIM card as most don't work at all w/o that. Just a warning.

Hope that camera works well for you

Got the camera yesterday. Looks good. Came with everything it said. Also didn't come with a SD card. Posting said it didn't.
Had to run out and get a card. $14.00. Not a big deal.
Playing with it today, it works OK. Kind of small, but does what it said.
Still have to learn all the details on how to use it. Instructions are "not to good". Translation from Chinese to English is not the best.
Kind of what I expected for $16.00.
