    About market price.

    An on line auction ended Mon night with a potato crate full of pure soft plumbers lead ingots, 70 lbs they say. The final bid that got it was $72 + auction premium fee, so about $80 total.Robert

    $1/pound is generally what I have been paying for over 5 years now. And happy to get the Pb and alloys! I have, rare on occasions, found it for as little as 50¢ a pound.

    And that buck/pound includes pure Sn and hardball!!!!!!!
