Just buy some Lee, RCBS, or Lyman commercial molds and problems solved!

I own about a dozen of them. Well worth the $$. Cost more than those cheap pans but ALWAYS work!

And leave the cooking utensils to the kitchen cook!

I feel a hobby should be fun and not a PITA. Easy ingot making should NOT be a major labor task of this hobby.

I put 3 of those stainless walmart condiment cups on a scrap of red oak board. Fill and set aside, fill the second set and by then the first is ready to drop usually.

I believe it has become an addiction. I will eventually save money right?
No, you will not save any money, but you can shoot a lot more for the same amount.

Last weekend I picked up two , all aluminum , one piece , Mirro Mini Muffin Pans at an antique store, $3.00 for both....I snapped them bad boys up. The all aluminum one piece pans are the best for ingots. Lead does not stick and the one piece construction insures the cups can't come out.
The original store price tags were still on them both ......$0.59. I have no idea how old they are .

As far as I can tell only Wilton and Mirro made one piece aluminum mini muffin pans, neither seems to be making them any longer but you can still find them used on the net , thrift shops and antique stores.

The non-stick muffin regular size pans from W-mart work perfect. I've been using the same ones for years.
