Unatainum 1885 uberti 32-20 Schutzen

I found this and could not resist. Have not decided between sights or MVA scope.

Its just going to be a 50yd plinker. I have been wanting a CPA but for what im going to do this will work great. Hope the DST works!

That is a really nice looking rifle, and in a great caliber too! If the twist rate is fast enough it could be a really great shooter! Love the schuetzen styling on it!

These are not real Schutzen rifles. They have the same twist as all Uberti 1/20. It should give good accurracy with a 115gr bullet @ 50yds.

I'd say they certainly are "real schuetzen rifles" even if the twist is a bit slower than most use who shoot 200 yd. schuetzen matches using a .32-20 caliber. It's got all the features of any schuetzen rifle, and I think if the accuracy is there (even with a lighter bullet) it would make a great rifle to get into the hobby with.
Looks as much like a schuetzen rifle as anything I own, and I've also got a Ballard factory built in .32 Long CF with a 1:20" twist, and it does quite well with lighter bullets out much farther than 200 yds.

Saw this one that the guy built up from a standard plain 1885 Low wall Uberti. Using all Uberti parts, Jeff's Outfitters tuning fork palm rest, and included a Russ Webber breech seating tool! Somebody got a real bargain at his opening price of $1050!!

I have a Uberti in 32-20 double triggers, 30" barrel and really like it. I also shoot 25-20 so I bought another Uberti single trigger in 32-20 and sent it to John Taylor who put on a new Shilen 26" barrel with a 1 in 12 twist with same contour as original barrel so forearm fits right up. It wears an MVA B5 scope and I just got my trigger group back from Lee Shaver today so lead going down range Sat. Lee says trigger tested at 1.5# so good groups should be easy.
Like both calibers & cheap to shoot.

Picked up the gun and headed to the range. The fit and finish are very good. The gun shoulders well and just feels right.

The sights are not very good for offhand. The ammo I had was not real accurrate in my lever gun but shot decent in this gun. Im sure with a little load development and good sights the gun will shoot.

And there it is. If you're happy, then you will enjoy it. I shoot 3 different Uberti rifles, 1 HW & 2 LW. I like them too. Are there some things I wish were different, sure. But all things considered, I think for the money you would have a hard time beating them

I have a hard time thinking of a 310 Cadet as a make do . Been wanting an all original one for years and never can find one when I got enough money to pay for it . I'd count myself lucky if I had one ..

Fired my first one when I was fifteen and althou I didn’t shoot anything with it ...the awesome power I held in my hands over a air rifle and 22lr left me in lust for one.
Now that I can’t see worth a **** with open sights I finally bought one and I’m kicking myself for not doing it 30 or 40 years ago.

What is it again?

By coincidence a friend of mine bought an original Winchester Low Wall in .32-20 at the CGCA show in Denver last weekend! His has a single set trigger and 30" #2 full octagon barrel, but otherwise very similar to your clone. So I guess the idea of a .32-20 small schuetzen rifle isn't a new thing since my friend's Low Wall dates to 1894.
