Check out Buffalo Arms for both brass and dies:

The chance of finding either brass or dies at a reasonable price is slim. Yes, buffalo arms list brass at about $4 each shipped, but they are out of stock. Do a search on reloading this round and you will find several alternatives being used by folks. I use the 8x56R brass (its a little short) and neck size, seat and crimp with other 8mm dies. 8x56R brass shows up here every once in a while but it goes quickly and is not priced much less than retail. YMMV....

I don't know what the cost might be these days but CH4D also has dies and brass can be made from 45-70 (short) or 45-90 brass.

I use 45/70 and 7.62x54r the mosin round is a lot easier as you can just run them through your sizing die. Dies are expensive luckily I got mine with the rifle. Rcbs is the only one making them I think and they run about $150.
Muzzleloaders....why don't you pick one up and smoke it sometime

Just looked these guys up just now.
Do yourself a favor, since you will be fireforming these the first few times before you really go shooting them, get the ones that are already primed, same price. Here is the link to grafs and sons.
It is what I am using. https://www.grafs.com/retail/catalog...roductId/76474

These came annealed already, I have shot all 100 of mine twice now and so far have not split one neck yet.
