I use Seth Cole 55w for bullet patches.
The nitrated papers are meant to burn completely in the chamber leaving no ash or left over to have to remove before loading the next. These are used for paper cartridges.
The bullets patch needs to travel thru the bore intact and unwrap at the muzzle. It should come out with the outer wrap in confetti and the inner base fold over intact.
Using the nitrated paper for wrapping bullets, I would be concerned with blow by and leading if the paper burnt thru while still in the barrel. Another concern would be the abrasiveness of the nitrated paper traveling thru the barrel.
like CG just posted - nitrate paper is for paper cartridges, not wrapping bullets. upon ignition that nitrate paper would burn up before the lead alloy bullet left the muzzle, and that would not be a good thing. i use easy to get papermill 9# fidelity onion paper for wrapping my .45 and .40 ppb's.
Thanks guys. It was just a midnight thought that hung on.

Most 25% cotton rag paper does good, The Seth Cole rolled drafting paper does very good, onion paper. Figure a double wrap of paper and bullet dia for finished dia. Paper thickness X4 + bullet dia. My Brooks mould is .442 dia with 20-1. The Seth Cole paper is roughly .0018 thick so .0018 x 4 = .0072 +.442 = .4472 bullet dia. If you wrap wet or damp stretch may make this a little smaller.
Once you have a mould and the correct paper thickness buy a bunch of it as finding the same thickness again may be tricky.
