Maybe I'm missing it (not tech savvy).
I've cast solids for handguns and always used 50/50 ww-pb..
But I plan to hunt this year and my state requires hp.
310gr (after hp-ing it maybe 300gr) gc at about 1500fps, and a 240gr gc at 1800fps, what would be a good mix?
25ww-75pb, 20-1, 10-1....?
All ideas appreciated..

Just add bit of tin at those speeds soft lead with a gas check you'll have no problems .
Do your State regs read "hollow point" or "expanding" bullet? Big difference.

I was hoping it was just expanding because then in my opinion soft lead would expand however it does specifically State hollow point, but it does not specify jacketed so I'm running with cast lol

My state says expanding so I can get away with lead in any form. If the requirement was HP, I would take a screw and carve out a divot in the meplat of each bullet after seating. Now, bear in mind the game warden may not see eye to eye so its best to consult them with the matter relating to law since their opinion will decide whether or not you get cited.
Telling us the cartridge and the gun might help garner more responses. Also the state that has this HP requirement.
But as far as alloys go, as robg said, adding a little tin will help retain the hardness and make a tough but expanding cast boolit, at those velocities.
I give loading advice based on my actual results in factory rifles with standard chambers, twist rates and basic accurizing.
My goals for using cast boolits are lots of good, cheap, and reasonably accurate shooting, while avoiding overly tedious loading processes.

A few musings.
Here is a thought. Last year when I started playing with the new (then) 200 gr Lee RFGC boolit, I tried using a small star drive screwdriver to tap a bit of a hollow point in the boolit with a plastic mallet. It did put a small hollow point in the flat nose and it didn't seem to effect accuracy at close ranges. I eventually decided it wasn't necessary to do and stopped. My alloy is likely similar to yours in hardness.
I have used a small center drill to hp some loads for experimentation. Small hp with the chamfer. Worked well and easy, might keep the warden happy. Small wooden fixture to keep it centered, accuracy was fine.
