    Snow Peas

I checked the weather day before yesterday and it was calling for no precipitation, so yesterday I worked up a patch of ground and planted a pound of Sugar Daddy edible pod peas.
Last night and even now it is snowing, I wonder if i jumped the gun on this?

Probably not - as long as they have not germinated and poked their little heads above ground. You should be golden for this snow. Just watch for freezing lows in the future and be ready to cover if you have any.

as said in post #2,get ready to cover if ever temps goes below freezing point. i must deal with this till very late in spring ,our place is on mountain top,and it may freeze up there while temps are much higher down in the city.always have some tranlucid covers ready for tomatoes and peppers, they won't tolerate the cold.

one year i did not noticed it, but my tomatoes plants got burnt by freezing temps .......later by summer i was wondering why the plants were growing without the shadow of buds or anything looking like flowers which turns into a fruit lol......got like 8 tomatoes that year hahaha!

Your golden, and a little freeze won't hurt those at all. It's too late to get a crop here already, it'll burn them up before they produce. I have better luck in the fall worth green peas here.
