I've always made all my own sinkers. Good place to "get rid of" questionable alloys.

I'm looking for a diamond mackerel jig mold (1/3 and 1/2 ounce) if anyone has one, PM me. I haven't even found a mold maker of the type I want. I did see one once, at a CT tackle shop on the Thames River in the '80's but, I balked at the $50 price. When I regained my sanity, I went back and it was gone.

What does one look like? I just picked up five molds, I wanted the split shots but they came as a bundle.

About 2 to 2 1/2 inches long with 4 sides. A hook on one end and the eyelet on the other.

Ah, no nothing that embeds a hook, one is a bullet weight mold, a split shot, egg, one that resembles the tail and body of a plane, tail probably wraps around the line, and a four sided eggplant shaped tie-on. I know my other ones and don't have anything like you describe.

I cast sinkers and the best molds I found are the ones with wooden handles over the aluminum. Even with gloves on the aluminum molds get hot very fast.
