I need help identifying an unmarked Tong Tool that came with a 310 collection.

First picture shows this Tong Tool between two early Ideal Tong Tools and the second picture shows this Tong Tool with early Ideal Tong Tools. The black coating on the handles might be Heat Shrink.

The die and adapter hole is threaded 3/4"-24 all the way through.
There is no adapter. The only die is marked "6 PPC" and "M C R W" and appears to be a de-capping die missing the de-capping pin.

So what is this Tong Tool?

You left out that key info in your text messages, Brass! MCRW is/was a company that made high precision reloading tools for the benchrest crowd and of course the 6 PPC was a very popular round for that game. I guess that gives you a place to start. “Google is our friend!” BTW, for anybody interested, the Antique Reloading Tools Collectos Association, ARTCA, has a website with a discussion forum one can join for free. Membership in the association requires payment of dues, but Forum participation does not. It’s a little confusing to join, but definitely worth the effort. I’ve gotten lots of good info from it.

I have posted a WTT thread in S&S for these handles.
