Had a sonogram Wednesday , I have a blood clot in my left leg . I would appreciate prayer . Thank you

Lord my Brother Boaz needs your immediate help. He needs you healing touch upon his leg to dissolve this blood clot and heal the cause of this problem. Jesus this is a special servant and friend who serves you and loves you and we are seeking your grace to heal him.

I thank you for your prayer , well wishes and concern . This Chapel is an amazing place with good people willing to help one another through prayer and encouragement . I have seen those here rally together in many causes in different ways for another .

Lord thank you for this place provided to gather in your name . Thank you for gathering us here in your name to strengthen us in your name . Continue to build each of us through one another as iron sharpens iron so that we may grow in our relationship with you . You tell us that where two or three are gathered in your name that you will be among them . Thank you for being here with us Lord . Amen

Jim tell them I appreciate and thank them , it's hard to put into words how much .

I didn't tell the whole story in my request for prayer but I think I need to . The purpose is not to gain more sympathy but to point out a personal failing and glorify GOD .

I have needed a knee replacement for two years on my right knee but had to wait till I got on Medicare . Went on Medicare last spring and have been trying to get it done ever since . They insisted on taking the injections for months although they were totally ineffective . I finally refused to take more injections in October , by this time I was using a cane .

I was refer to an orthopedic surgeon but couldn't get in till December . The surgeon refused to do the operation because there was too much damage . I went to two other surgeons in town and they all said the same thing . I was referred to a 'limb salvage' specialist in Dallas , about a three hour drive each way but couldn't get an appointment till January . In the interval I started taking injections in my back having finally been diagnosed with five slipped discs . By this time I was using a crutch and the crutch killed my back to use it . I really looked forward to seeing the specialist but when I woke up on the day of the appointment I couldn't hardly get out of bed because of the combined pain from both the knee and back . I knew I'd never be able to make it to Dallas and back ...I canceled my appointment . I was really depressed over it .

I finally got to Dallas last Tuesday . The surgeon asked when I would want to do it ? I said ...As soon as you can ! He said ..How about next Monday ? I was dumfounded he would get me in that quick and said ..YES !! He sent me to Medical City Hospital to get tests and make arrangements . Huge hospital , I got about halfway through the process and had to request a wheelchair because my leg and back gave out ..to hurt my pride .

I got home bout dark . I was worn out when I got up Wednesday but excited about getting the knee done , went to the grocery store to stock up on stuff , went and got a haircut , saw my dentist (surgical requirement) , paid all pending bills , went to the vet to stock up on medicine for two of my dogs ...trying to prepare . About two o clock got a call from the hospital in Dallas , said they scheduled a sonogram of my legs because I had blood clots twice at different times in the past . I went and it surprised the heck out of me when they found the clot in my left leg . The surgery was shut down .

I was totally let down , I have been trying for about a year to get this done and it looked like it was finally going to happen . I'm tired of using a crutch or wheelchair , the pain is dragging me down . Hickok (Ken) had his knee done just lately and we have been PMing each other , I had told him I finally got a date to do mine but now pm'ed him it was put off again . He messaged me back that it was a blessing from GOD , that he was taking care of me by them finding the clot so the surgery would be successful . He was right , I was just blinded by it as another set back . Buckwheat Paul has offered to help by staying with me after surgery or any way he can . GOD is working in my life and I thank all here that are working in my life through prayer and friendship .

Praying that the clots resolve and your knee replacement is a complete success. Frustrating no doubt, but thank God the clots were discovered and will be addressed. Get the knee fixed and get back on with what God wants you to do.

Charlie, Jesus does not do things half way, He is healing you all the way. You know I been put off several times on my knee replacement and I just stopped asking why and say what needs done next. They found the prolaspsed lung and that would have killed me if I had had anaesthesia not knowing it.
I believe the Bible when it says all things are for our good, sometimes we never know why and other time the reason is shown to us.
I thank God for Paul being there to minister to you when you do finally have that surgery.
Lord keep healing Charlie and keep using him to minister to all in this chapel.
May we all follow the leadership of your Holy Spirit and continue to witness Jesus to the lost.

I realized after Hickok sent his message that he was right and you are right too . They say in 6 weeks or 2 months if the clot dissolves I can reschedule the surgery . GOD is helping me , he is with me .
