    well done Midway USA

I was one box of 22 bullets short in my last order. Sent a nice message ( "Would you please help me with.....) and got a package with the other box of bullets today- about 3 days total from the message.

Anyone can make a mistake but not everyone will fix it.

Well done Midway USA- If you have it, I buy it from you from now on....

    Dale

I recently ordered several boxes of of 22Mag ammo (different brands) from Midway. When it arrived the boxes were all pretty well smashed and all the bullets were loose in the box all mixed together. Midway replaced them all, no questions asked. They are good in my book too, but they could package things a little better.

I've been a loyal Midway customer for a long time. The only complaints that I have ever had revolved around shipping. Its good to hear that they took care of things for you.

They've been having free shipping on orders over $99.00 quite often. I always have my wish list ready to go.

My problem with Midway is their shipping costs....at least 1/3 more than other companies I order from. Their prices just are not competitive when you include shipping.

Midway and Graft and Son both have done right no questions asked. They get a 10+ on doing right by the Buyer.

Anyone still remember the Internet Outrage when Midway eliminated "free shipping?"

Going further back, remember pre-web days, when you called the 800 number and found yourself talking to a MidWestern woman taking your order, who seemed to know as much about reloading as you did? And answered questions about reloading products right off the top of her head, correctly?

Yes, good service. Yes, not always the best prices or shipping. I compare between Graf, Natchez, MidSouth and Midway, and often split up orders between them. No real complaints about any of them!
I give loading advice based on my actual results in factory rifles with standard chambers, twist rates and basic accurizing.
My goals for using cast boolits are lots of good, cheap, and reasonably accurate shooting, while avoiding overly tedious loading processes.
The BHN Deformation Formula, and why I don't use it.
How to find and fix sizing die eccentricity problems.
Do you trust your casting thermometer?
    A few musings.

My problem with Midway, and the others I use: My wish list never gets changed to the buy it now list. Funny, it's seems you have to have funds to make that happen.

    Have a blessed day,

    Leon
