ID:	216192 Please excuse the flaky coating. It was my first attempt with the Hi-Tek and apparently 12 minutes is too long for 50 boolits at 400 degrees. My main concern is that my boolits are being sized down by the brass even with the NOE expander plug .434 x .430. The plug isn't long enough to expand as deep as the base of the boolit seats, but even the portion of the case that was expanded to .430 sized the boolit down to .4305ish. I sized the boolits to .432. I'm thinking I need a custom expander plug for this long boolit, maybe .434 x .432 with a longer bottom portion. Alloy is 25:1. Any other options??

Haven't shot them. But groove diameter is .431 and I'm worried about the base of the boolit being smaller and blowing lead/coating into my suppresor with gas blow-by. Overthinking it? I'd be surprised if they didn't group well like they are. Basically an oversized front driving band. I failed to mention that the diameter of the boolit immediately in front of the brass measured .434. Basically squeezing the lead forward...

    Get a larger expanding die.

You might consider trying the rifle plug that's at .432". It seems to have a longer shank.
