    Large case stripper for RCBS

I know I saw a post, I thought it was here, about this same topic but couldn't find it, so here goes. I have a RCBS primer pocket swager tool 2 that I have been using on my Lee breech lock challenger press. But the case stripper hits the primer catcher on the side of the press. I recently bought a Lee classic cast press to do heavy work and was gonna use it for PP swaging. However, the case stripper is too small in diameter to fit over the ram on the classic cast press. Does anyone know of a case stripper that will fit on the classic cast press ram? I have contacted RCBS and am waiting for a reply, just thought there maybe someone here who knows, with all the combined knowledge here.

If this is for the primer pocket swaging die, yes RCBS makes one that will fit larger rams. They will probably send it to you, for free.

Here is a post I started on THR, I had a Lee Classic /turret and the case stripper was too short to eject the brass. RCBS sent me the larger stripper. Seems the ID was 1.395 if that will clear your ram.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I just received a reply from a RCBS tech. I send $10 and they will send me a case stripper that will fit my press. Thanks again for all the info.

You're welcome. Too bad you don't have a lathe. You could make your own.
