    Post Your Favorite Pistol!

I searched and didn’t find an existing thread, so I’d like to start one.

Post a picture(s) of your favorite pistols/revolvers/sidearms. Be proud and share!

Currently I’m really into my SA 1911 Professional and my Beretta M9. Both shoot better than I and feed all of my cast bullets perfectly. And it’s hard to beat a classic all metal pistol!

    So what’s yours?

My favorite pistol is a toss up between my Les Baer Prowler III, and my Colt Combat Commander. Glad you didn’t ask about favorite revolver, because I wouldn’t be able to choose!

My favorite is my 4 inch SS S&W 44 mountain gun.

Last Aug. I went on a 1911 kick and bought a NIB Springfield for 799.00 OTD should have been 1400 but the shop had just moved and hired a bunch of new people they labeled it a range master.
I had to call Springfield since the serial number wouldn't come up on the site under the range master section.
Once they explained it to me and told me I paid 1/2 retail and less then dealer cost I felt really good.
    WHY
Well this is a shop that offers 200 for any gun you bring in no matter what it is yet has Saigas hanging on the wall with big stickers that say BANNED ONLY 3500.00 Plus tax.

    OK novel over
Next week I bought a Colt Delta Elite in SS NIB from Buds Like I said I was on a 1911 kick.
For auto loaders I like them the best even more then my combat tupperware.

PS: try to get pix in the light tomorrow.

Not the best for carrying, but is never lacking.

    H&R 732 (Blued) and 733 (Nickle)
Less than 300$ invested in the pair. (Gun broker)

Both chambered in .32SW long. Shooting the .314 90 gr Lee truncated cone cast bullet over 2 grains of Red Dot.

Hardly more recoil, muzzle blast than a .22lr.

Easy on old hands. I won't make any predictions on man stopping other than to say it is my experience that one in the eye gives most people something else to think about.
Caliber is not that big a deal, keeping cool and putting it where you need to. That is the big deal. YMMV

    FN-FNX Tactical model.
I’m not a 45 guy and I especially do not like hammer fired guns BUT this thing constantly amazes me.
I’ve handed it to a very skilled shooter and watched him hit clay targets on the berm at 100 yards. I can’t but the gun can!

forrest- Those are some crazy grips!!! definetly not one size fits all! as far as semi auto's go, I do not have one, but I really like the berretta 92's- EMR, if you like single actions, then the super blackhawks are the way to go!- now if you have the extra cash ( I didn't) I have heard good things about the BFR's and freedom arms revolvers, I guess they are the strongest out there, but the black hawk, for me, will handle a good bit more than I am willing to put up with!

Great photo! Do you do photography on the side?

And it’s hard to argue with your photo description! LOL
