For those of you who have not seen this:
Jeff dreamed this up for the Swiss when he heard that the older male citizens were having difficulty qualifying with their government issued rifles. I made some up half size for 100yd. use and they work great with peep sights. Printed them on the photo copier at work since I was not buying the toner. They work well for pistol shooting at shorter distances too.
