    Ausglock's the expert,
You can thin it down to 20 grms to 100 ml if you have to (done in the summertime when the solution flashes off to fast) but I wouldn't go thinner than that

just because a bullet passes the smash test is no guarantee your gun isn't going to lead. If your bore is rough at all it could easily peel the coating off. Its not a cure for a gun that has tendencys to lead as much as it is a way to make a good gun capable of a bit more velocity.

I agree with this...I'm not a PC or Hi-Tek guy (yet)...however, I do shot a lot of lubed lead. I had an issue with my Ruger Redhawk 44Mag leading due to a rough barrel (only shooting 800fps). After taking many strokes with JB Bore Paste and a tight patch this removed the roughness. Leading issue is now gone. I would think along the same lines with PC that is being deposited in the rifling.

    my 2 cents.

    I’ll second that.

I have a Lyman 2 cavity 452374 mold here that is throwing bullets at .450"
They would not group with Whitelabel lube. Nor will they group with Hitek coating. Leaded badly with both.
I beagled the mold up to .452 with ali strip and they now shoot fine with hitek coating out of the Para GI Expert 1911 45ACP. sized to .452"
    Hooroo.
    Regards, Trevor.
