    Rcbs customer service

I do not mind complaining when I don't like something! So I feel I must comment when things go good. I purchased a used set of rcbs 32 auto dies. They bulged the cases so they would not chamber in my gun. These were really old dies came it green cardboard box. Called rcbs and they sent a new expander pulg right away for free. Tried to pay for it and was told not to worry it was free. Told them the dies were at least second hand and quite old and was told it didn't matter. This is not the first time I have received this type of service and it recently figures in to my purchases. One of the best company's I have ever delt with period!

Great to hear about good customer service. Fortunately, I have not had to use their customer service department.

I have a number of stories just like this with RCBS. The most recent one is where I completely ruined a resizing die (long story) my fault. They had one in the mail to me. No charge.

Another example, my very well used and way outside of the warranty period case cleaner had a motor that died. Knowing that I was years beyond warranty, I called to see if I could buy a replacement motor. Nope. They wouldn't sell me one. Instead, they dropped one in the mail with nice instructions about how to install it. Free of charge.

After several years of use my Pro 2000 return spring plate started to bend. I called for a replacement. With it, they sent a whole bunch of spare parts including priming assemblies. They've also sent me an entire top end, including the APS system for free.

I could continue. Not all of my gear is RCBS, but I definitely buy with confidence.

The customer service at RCBS is 2nd to none. I've aso gotten great service from Lyman & Hornady, but that's for a different thread.

I ruined the bushing to a RC press that I bought used once through my stupidly. I called them told them it was my fault and that I bought it used. They still sent me a new one for no charge. Great people to deal with.
