I've got an early H&R 58 caliber ML sitting in my safe. I converted it to 209 ignition three years ago. The bore is rough but it shoots OK using minne bullets and TC Maxies. I want $125 plus shipping to your door for it. Look at it this way, the action alone is worth that much (no rust or pitting in or on the action) and you could get the barrel relined if you felt it was too rough to work with. I shoot it as is.
