    If all else fails, Buy some Starline 45-90 brass and use the full length sizer die to form 40-82 brass. You do not have to have the form die set to form 40-82 from 45-90. Keep the case lubed and run it into the die until it gets hard, back it out, turn the case after relubing the case. Repeat until the case is resized. Trim the case to length.
