Finaly sent my Mark IV back for recall. Had Volquatrsen parts installed. I enclosed a note requesting that the Volquartsen parts be returned. Got grip frame back today and the Volquartsen parts were returned.
Have been a Ruger customer for 35+ years and many firearms purchased during that time and will remain so.
