    CH4D roll crimp?

I wanted to put a roll crimp into some .3595" 200 RCBS bullets, but, after cranking lower and lower on the seating die (w/o seating plug) and not getting a crimp, I gave up and used my Lee FCD.

Will the CH4D's do a roll crimp?

Mine all do. Give Dave a call at CH4D and talk to him about it. He is a really nice guy and very helpful. james

An aside; I tried googling CH 4D, CH4D, CH4-D, etc. but cannot find a link to their site. Any help?

Quite hard to find on The Google. They make good dies but seem to not know a hoot about Search Engine Optimization

All the staff there are great to deal with. Almost all my dies are CH.

My response to an inquiry for a 35-303 British taper crimp die was "we can make one but we are currently running 12 months behind on orders".

Try find a 35-303 anywhere else. 12 months is not that long of a wait if it is unavailable elsewhere. Be glad, not sad. james

Yes sir...they are swamped, and believe me it's worth the wait.

That's how good Dave's dies are, he doesn't need google. Most newbes only know RCBS, Redding, Hornady and Lyman.
Only us seasoned reloaders know Dave Davidson and his work. He flies under the radar and we , who are in the know, don't mind the wait.

Your die will crimp if you know how to properly adjust it. Lee factory Crimp dies were invented for those who can't figure it out.
