WTS 1970s Era Belt & Holster Rig

For Sale is a 1970s Era Belt & Holster Rig, about size 34-38", for a medium frame double action revolver (S&W M19/66, Ruger Security-Six, Dan Wesson M15, Colt Trooper, etc.) Belt and holster are very nicely tooled in a one-of-a-kind pattern, and both are fully suede lined. Excellent workmanship throughout, including 18 loops for .357 Magnum/.38 Special, and was used little if at all.

I would have no idea how much to ask for this unique rig, so we'll do it auction style and will take bids until noon (EST) on Sunday, February 18th. The whole outfit could probably be coaxed into a medium flat rate box. We can accept only a postal money order or cash, and try to ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. No international sales.

The auction starts now. Thanks for bidding!

Andy, the holster is very well made but it appears to be for a single action pistol rather than a double action, at least to me.

I wish it was for a single-action, GOPHER SLAYER, but it was definitely made to fit a 5" or 6" medium-frame double-action revolver.

I bid $45 for it. I just noticed shipping was not included so amended my bid down a couple dollars.

Good point, rdwarrior, but I wasn't sure about offering shipping when I didn't know how much the rig will bring. Hoping to split the shipping with the winning bidder.

Instead of using a medium flat rate box, it might be cheaper to ship 1st class paying normal postage - might be less than mfrb regardless of the size of the box..

I think there's a 16 oz limit for 1st class packages. You might check cost of using your own box with priority mail shipping, but with the weight of that setup bet a MFRB winds up being best choice.
