    Ruger M77 Rings

I have a tang safety Ruger M77 Varmint barrel. I would like to mount a scope with a 60mm objective on it. From my reading of Ruger's scope chart they do not make a ring for that size scope.( they go up to 52MM) I know some other companies make the Ruger style ring. Do you know if anyone makes a ring for my situation? the finish is polished blue.

Look at Burris, they used to make rings for Ruger, not sure if they do now or not. JW

    .

MidwayUSA sells Burris scope mount bases that adapt the Ruger 77 to accept any Weaver-type ringset.

The adaptor(s) have an integral Weaver-type on top, which (with any set of "high" rings) should allow your scope to be mounted.

Experience is a wonderful thing - It lets you recognize a mistake, when you make it again.
