    WTB Rem Choke Tubes

    I just purchased three very used 870's for a good price as my kids want to go duck hunting this fall.
    One had a full(steel) tube, one had a Modified, one didn't even have a tube(Threads are good)
    I guess I'm looking for someone who has a quantity of tubes to complete the set for all three guns.
    12G Full(Steel) Mod and Imp cyl. Maybe a wrench too, Used is fine,,Thanks for looking.

    Can you shoot steel shot thru turkey tubes? I guess if it’s outside the barrel it wouldn’t matter?

    I have a new in bubble package full choke tube. It's the same package as xringdave's pic. It says steel or lead on the package. PM if interested.

    I guess I should have researched this better. Most don’t use full choke for steel shot. Does anyone have experience with this?

    Modified is all I use for......well, everything.

    Steel patterns tighter than lead because it doesn't deform and stays nice and round. Roughly, a modified choke will give you full choke performance. It's best to pattern your chokes with the ammunition you will be using to get the coverage you want. Over decoys, I use IC choke, for pass shooting or for geese I never use a tube tighter than modified.
