Need cup Maker for The Hollow Bullet

Is there any one out there that I can buy formed cups from??
Looking for , .40-.44-.45 Diameters the ones we had where thick, 2 or 3 times as thick as standard jackets…I may be wrong but was told it was the same thickness as 50 bmg.


Does any one recall back to a HOLLOW BULLET> From Don Suarez? in Marana Az?? Meant for B.P. guns??,

It used a sabot/disc combo it was an amazing shooting bullet too from the reports I read from his customers, they where sold in blister packs, I think at one point Sportsman had them>????Maybe Cabellas..?

a 'request' has come in for these hollow bullets again, for some special project they want to try out…
Been here before 2 or 3 times and I don;t get excited any more -

BUT I do need some one, a CO , or Person that can make these cups, in a short run. can't say if that will be 100, 500 or 1000 or more yet…I hope many 10000s .

after they try the ones we have I know the next call will be they need more!

100-1000 is doable for someone with a manual press if they got the drawing dies, it would just take a while. as for 10,000 or more, there is not many people who has the equipment to do that large a run.. for that amount it would take automatic equipment, unless they want to sit there and draw jackets for the next couple of weeks..

but as close as i can get to your description is the old pmc tubular or "Cookie Cutter" ammo.

Look like the The Bullet- ours has the Hole go all the way through…front to rear- it's an odd thing but it worked great.

Do you need the plastic base cups made? That i can do..
