    Cool Loading 7.92-33 Kurz

I just picked up a Encore barrel in 7.92-33 Kurz, was wondering if anybody else was loading or shooting this cartridge. I would appreciate any loading data you could share.

    Take care now

That is probably going to be a neat combination not far removed from my tweaked .32-20 Matini Cadet conversion. No idea how it'll translate to a 7.92 Kurz, but I ended up with 10.5 grains of AA#9 (a rough 2400 equivalent), behind 130 grains for 1530 fps. Might be a starting point for you.

The topic forces me to ask. . .if the full auto parent weapon was Hitler's "Storming Rifle", would a single shot break open be a "Lightly Misting Drizzle Rifle"?

Guess I had to answer my own question, going to try H4198, RL-7 and AA2015. I bought 4000 Hornady 125 gr bullets, I must have a habit for loading odd ball calibers. JMHO

This sounds like a great walking around light/mid duty rifle and I love the encore platform. Keep is posted on results

I think you can use 7.62x39 data and be fine. I'm just glad Hornady brought back the 125 gr 8mm bullet. Sold as a varmint bullet; at 3000 FPS from my BRNO 8x57 it dropped deer right there, right then.
