    Lyman mold 2660465

    Have run across this mold and was wondering if it would be suitable in a 6.5X55 Swede carbine. Can't find any mention of that mold in the 4 Lyman Cast Bullet manuals nor a 1982 Lyman catalog nor the current 2017 Catalog. Input on that particular mold???

    I had two Swedish Mausers some years ago. Both were in very good shape and appeared to have been fired little. As I recall, one shot well using a .266" cast bullet, the other rifle needed something slightly larger. I think a .268" bullet would have worked well for both. Perhaps all aren't like that, just something to keep in mind.
