Any of you folks have a mould that cast this type of bullet in a 240 t0 250 grain ?
I am looking for a cast bullet similar to the slug that comes with the Cheap shot sobot .

I have 2 .452 HP molds, one is 200gr, one is 325gr. One Miha and one NOE and I'm afraid all of their HP molds are either a little less or a little more than that weight.

I've an RCBS mold that I had hollow pointed by Ken Ohlen. Started life as a 270 gr swc with hollow point 250 gr. Have you checked the NOE website for an appropriate mold.

I have a Mihec copy of the RCBS 454-270 SAA PB. It is a Keith style SWC that drops at 280 in solid and about 255 with a large hp. MiHec has several to choose fro along with NOE.

This here's what I use in .45ACP. A decent hollow point and soft cast will get goofy quick.

It's just under 240 grain but has the weight needed to keep on a pushing.

I have a lee 220 gr that I bought from Hollowpoint molds. It is a short ugly bullet and so far not very accurate. But looks mean as all get out.
