WTB about 10 fat 44 cast bullets

Recently picked up a Swiss M78 Vetterli and I have the lee die set and some 8mm Grafs Lebel brass. From what I have read the bore dimensions can vary. I would like to buy some fat (above 430) 44 cast bullets either gas check or plain base so's I can slug the barrel to see what diameter bullet I need. Will pay for the bullets and shipping. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks,Frank

I would recommend soft lead slugs, maybe fishing sinkers before trying to slug a bore with a bullet, just saying.

Egg sinkers work well, the hollow center helps.

Balls for a 44 cap and ball revolver work well also, being very soft. I have some I can send you.
