    Popular Handguns from 1957

Ruger guns, among others, are described and pictured in this paper back book.

Here is my 1955 Ruger Flatgate from the time of the book.
I have had many single sixes, old and new models but only one now.

I even have the box. Well, I like those gray boxes.

Boy, do I ever remember those early Ruger six guns. I had a single six in .22lr/.22 magnum, a .44 magnum Dragoon, and when they came out with the .41 Magnum, I bought one of those too. Sadly I trade or sold all 3--dumb move. james
