    PVC Free Standing Rifle Rack

Does anyone have plans for a PVC pipe free standing rifle rack?

The big issue will be keeping it from being top heavy and going over backwards. How many rifles does it need to hold? How much room do you have to work with? How mobile does it need to be? Permenant mounting or able to be carried to and from? I would go 1 1/2" tubing and joints, about 28"-34" tall and a double foot each side 20-24". a 1 x 10 down the bottom feet for the length so butt stocks sit on it. Use tees and short lengths caps to position barrels on top rail. From end this will look like an inverted tee. But should be stable and solid.
