Mihec 502-600 Repeat, 2 cav, GC, with Cramer pins

CLOSED - We are close enough to the needed qty of molds that Miha has requested that I close it. Thank you all who ordered. You will see your molds soon.

OK, you guys have asked me for it, and Miha has given the OK. This is a repeat of the mold that was run right after the 700 grain version, back in 2011, six years ago!

This will be (as it was last time) a two cavity mold, in brass. It will be gas checked (as is the 700 grain big brother version). It will come with three sets of Cramer pins: Flat Nose, Round Hollow Point, Five Sided Hollow Point. We should start calling it the "Lil Rex" as the smaller brother of the 700 grain "T-Rex".

Price will be 85 EUROS or $106 (85 EUROS is the current price. As you know, the exchange rate between EUROS and US Dollars varies. Mihec will hold the price, confirmed, at the $106 US Dollars) , gas checked.. The price will include the mold, all pins, lube, top punch, and allen wrench.
The minimum number of orders will be 20. We are currently up to 14 molds ordered!

So, please provide me with the number of molds you want to order, and your disguised email address. When the molds are ready to ship, Miha will send you an email as an invoice. When you pay the invoice, your mold(s) will ship. Since this boolit is almost as large as the 700 grain big brother, I urge you to order two, since the cooling time in the mold is longer than for most molds you have run. If you missed out on this one last time in 2011, don't let it get away this time. So, who's in?

Actually, removing the cost of the projectile is the best way to save money.
So, you are quite welcome that we are saving you money! Come back often, and save even more.

Once again, I'm going to propose an additional set of round pins similar to the ones shown below. They are .800" long with a tip diameter of .210". These should lower the total bullet weight to about 490 grains.

Everyone seemed to have wanted the BIG T-Rex version of this boolit. I am doubtful that everyone will also want 30+ copies of this mold. So, maybe a local (to you) custom machine shop would do the magic to produce you with custom pins. Nothing too aerospace about the making of Cramer pins. However, I will ask.

Ask if he'll make three sets (in case I screw up) of blank pins (straight cylinder) that protrude .800" into the cavity and I'll machine them. Tell him to charge me extra for them, whatever he thinks they're worth.

I have asked him to visit the two new group buy 500 Magnum listings, primarily to get the pricing set for these molds. Perhaps when he visits the listings, he will respond to your inquiry.
