Lyman 311359 when checked and lubed usualy weighs out at 123gr in most alloys.
Lyman 311410 is a 130gr spirepoint bevel base bullet if you don't want to deal with gaschecks.
LEE also sells a 120gr Roundnose gas-check design but I don't have any experience with it.
NOE and Mountain Molds also offer bullet molds in your desired weight range

Myself, I prefer the 311359 for my 300BLK AR upper.

There's also the Mihec clone of the 311410 with HP option and in PB or GC shank. I can't speak for performance in 300 BO but it works great in my .303's... I went with 0.316" for those. The Lyman is likely undersize as it is designed for .30 cal. and the other Mihec option is 0.310" so again likely too small. Not sure you'd size 0.316" down to suit the 300 BO but should work for 7.62 x 39.

    You might need two moulds!

31-142C (PB) works in my BO to 2100 fps (MOA) PCd. Make the LG deeper and it should be right weight. Bolt or semi rifle? Bore size of BO & x39 will determine if same mould would work. Accurate can cut a 2x mould for both sizes, $15 extra.
    Whatever!

Not 125-130, but the lee 6 CAV C312-155-2R (drops around 150 @ 15 bhn) does some wonderful things over H110 in an AR 300 AAC pistol

300 bo is semi, 7.62x39 is bolt
Best load for 300 bo so far is Lyman 311413 over aa 1680 but accuracy at 300m is iffy
Think it’s going subsonic at that point and a lighter faster boolit may not
    What say you all?

That Lee boolit is your most economical choice, if you don't mind going over your stated weight a bit.
I shoot the CTL312-160-2R, and it shoots wonderful in 300 BO. I hit a golf ball dead center with iron sites at 25 yds. yesterday. Tiny little exit hole. Designed for 7.62X39, so I imagine it would work there too. Just need two sizing dies.

I agree with the MIHEC 311410 in HP, getting excellent groups with H4227 running 950-1000 fps.
