Texas Armament ?????

I have a general question: First of all, I want to Parkerize the frame to one of my muzzleloaders, a T/C Scout rifle. I have seen the work product from an outfit called "Texas Armament", and would be happy to have them do the work. Problem is, they don't have an email contact point and won't answer the telephone they list. I've even sent them a letter to see if they are in business, but no joy. Anybody know of this place? Secondly, as it is starting to appear they are defunct, can anybody recommend a good place to have this one small piece done? It is a single frame with no attachments or other connected parts.
