    Nice country. I kinda like it when libs carry sticks and whistles. especially if there are lots of cats.

    I lucked out with my Marlin 45/70//// got a good one....
    but no one mentioned the 454 Casul....would that not fit thepower bill, and still allow you to load 45 lc for both.

    My new Marlin arrived and it was defect free. Haven't shot it yet, though. Fit and finish is on par with the Henry rifles I looked at last week, but still way short of the old JM Marlins.
