    .223 Hornet jacketed bullets

Up for grabs for anybody to use: I have about 70 / 80 (3/4 of a box) of Hornady bullet #2220, 22 cal, 45 grain, .223 hornets. If you can use them, they are yours. NOTE: Not for use where a .224 is called for. These were designed for use in a .22 Hornet cartridge. First "I'll take it", ...........................

I believe early hornets were made with 22LR barrels. I had a rolling block with a .223 barrel.

Got me? I just think .22 Hornets shoot the smaller bullet. I've never had one, and the last thing I need is to load for another caliber.

    Just some Hornet info here!

Early 22 Hornets used .223 bullets. Later, they standardized on .224 bullets.

So if you have a very old 22 Hornet, these are for you.

Hoping somebody can use 'em. Woodchuck season is just a couple months away.
