    Dillon Value?

Gentleman has the following. It is in AS NEW condition. Not a Dillon owner but am considering:
    1)
    Dillon 650 press
    Dillon 650 case feeder
    Dillon 650 case feed plates:
    Large pistol and small pistol
    Dillon 650 powder measure
    Dillon 650 powder check system
    Dillon 650 quick change
    Dillon Primer System Warning Kit
    Dillon 9mm caliber conversion
    Dillon 9mm dies
    Dillon 45 ACP dies x 2
    Dillon strong mount
    Dillon aluminum roller handle
    Dillon 650 machine cover
Dillon stock tool heads x 2
    650 custom aluminum tool heads x 2
650 primer pickup tube kits both small and large x 2
    Dillon primer flipper tray
    Dillon 650 Allen wrench set
    Dillon 650 spare parts kit
    Dillon Cartridge bins x 6

    2)
    Dillon 550 press with cover
Dillon 550 custom aluminum tool heads
    Dillon 550 stock tool heads x 2
    Dillon 550 quick change over
    Dillon 550 strong mount
    Dillon roller handle
    Dillon 550 spare parts kit
    Dillon 223 dies

what would be approximate new cost of 1 & 2 and what would be a good price for each used.
    Don't need exact just ballpark
    Thanks
    Doug

Go to the Dillon website and you can find the price for new on the site. As for used value, if in good shape figure about 70% of new.

    Sorry they are sideways

The guy probably has $400 in extras to go with the decked out machines.
Does he have a asking price?

From what I have seen, trying to sell used Dillon stuff for full price gets no response. Why take the chance to buy used for full price when you can get it new from Dillon. Dillon does hold higher value due to the warranty going with the reloader.

From what I have seen used Dillon stuff goes for 70 to 80% of new. It might we worth paying a little bit more for "like new" to save taxes and shipping costs.

As with anything it's value is only that which someone else is willing to pay for it. Now there are fools out there to be found also. At the same time I have been a fool on occasion as I've passed up deals because I thought the asking price too high.

dillon is maybe the reloading equipment who keep the highest value among the reloading tool makers...now, i know i would stretch 70% of NIB ONLY if the used equipment i'm looking to purchase is in top shape . and to make sure it is actually in top shape, you need to put it at work for a short reloading session.....then,only then you can buy with certainty.
