    Looking for 300 savage loads.

I just picked up a 99 in 300 and was wondering what loads you boys rifles liked for deer or plinking.

That looks great. Man, I hope to get mine shooting that well. What do you size to and what is your powder coat process?

My '99 in 300 Savage seem to like Hornaday brass, Winchester's large rifle primers , hornaday's 150 grain SST bullets and 40.8 grains of H4895. Gives me right at a 2 inch 3 shot group at 200 yards.

    I've got a bunch of 20-30 year old WW-Super brass, also use cut-off LC85. For antelope - 44 g Varget, 150 grain Hornady Interlock, Fed 210Match in WW-SUPER; for 200 yard fun 311332 at .310 over 20-24 grains Reloder 7 with CCI200 in LC85; 100 yards and less, rapid fire and offhand drills - 150 RCBS at .310 18 grains 4227 and CCI200 in LC85.

MostlyLeverGuns, You ever kill anything with those cast loads? That 311332 load looks like it's worth giving a try.
